Jeans and Italy. And Why You Better Hope You Aren’t Wearing Them if You are Assaulted

While preparing some comments for my speech tomorrow at the Clinton School, I came across an article I had read awhile back when I was actively seeking information about the legal precedents on rape and sexual assault in Italy. Any summary of the article on my part, would fail to convey the absurdity of Italian law, at its highest levels, on the matter of rape. And that is not xenophobia talking.
