My TEDx is Posted!

If you have 15 minutes to spare, come on a journey with me through an idea I’d like to see take hold in companies everywhere. No note cards, no monitor, just me and 12 minutes of everything I want people to know about why employers should take real steps to formalize policies supporting sexual assault victims. If we want women to stay in the workforce and thrive, we must account for the abysmal reality of sexual violence and its ability to derail careers and lives of working women. I’ve been at the forefront of advocating for Americans sexually assaulted or abused overseas. I fight to bring attention to the lack of funding and services for these underserved victims while raising awareness about the complexities of the issue. I am President of Pathways to Safety International and continue to raise crucial funds to serve Americans harmed in dozens of countries every year.
